Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ServiceHelpHQ (the “Service”), operated by Gaffney Enterprises, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
ServiceHelpHQ provides software that helps local service businesses manage their operations. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for the data you and your team enter into it. The work, services, and relationships you manage with your own customers are between you and them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any business you create or join.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate the rights of others.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
ServiceHelpHQ, operated by Gaffney Enterprises, LLC, sends transactional and notification text messages on behalf of the businesses that use the Service, to their customers and their team members. Messages come from a small pool of shared ServiceHelpHQ numbers, branded “{Business} via ServiceHelpHQ,” and each recipient is assigned a consistent number per business. Customers receive appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, technician-en-route notices, and account notices such as a service summary being ready to view; team members receive job assignments, schedule changes, and shift reminders. We send no marketing or promotional messages, and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Consent. We use a double opt-in, obtained separately for each business. Customers: a business provides your number, and we text you a one-time confirmation request that you accept by replying YES. Team members: you enter your own number, confirm your consent, and reply YES to the same request.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from the business that texted you; because each business uses its own number, that stops that business only. Reply STOPALL to unsubscribe from every business using ServiceHelpHQ. Reply START to opt back in, or HELP for help. You can also reach us through our contact form or at contact@servicehelphq.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Gaffney Enterprises, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant no ownership rights in the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaffney Enterprises, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
