SMS Messaging Terms

About this program

ServiceHelpHQ, operated by Gaffney Enterprises, LLC, provides software that local service businesses use to manage their appointments, customers, team, and billing. On behalf of those businesses, ServiceHelpHQ sends SMS text messages to their customers and their team members. Messages come from a small pool of shared ServiceHelpHQ numbers and are branded “{Business} via ServiceHelpHQ.” Each recipient is assigned a consistent number per business, so a person contacted by two businesses receives messages from two different numbers.

What we send

Transactional and account notifications only.

To customers: appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, technician-en-route notices, and account notices such as a service summary being ready to view.

To team members: job assignments, schedule changes, and shift reminders.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

How you opt in

Consent is a double opt-in, obtained separately for each business, and is not a condition of any purchase.

Customers: a business you work with provides your mobile number, confirming that you agreed to be contacted, and ServiceHelpHQ texts you a one-time confirmation request. You opt in by replying YES.

Team members: you enter your own mobile number and confirm your consent, then reply YES to the same one-time request.

We send no other messages until you confirm.

Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Because each business texts you from its own number, replying STOP unsubscribes you from that business only. The others still reach you. Reply STOPALL to unsubscribe from every business using ServiceHelpHQ. Reply START to opt back in, or HELP for help. You can also reach us through our contact form or at contact@servicehelphq.com.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors in support services (for example, customer support) is permitted. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more.
