Take a card payment

ServiceHelpHQ uses Stripe to accept card payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

One-time setup

1. Go to Plan & billing (or Settings) and connect Stripe.
2. Follow Stripe's prompts to link or create your account.

Getting paid

1. Open the invoice you want to collect.
2. Send the pay link to your customer.
3. The customer opens the link and pays by card.
4. The payment records against the invoice automatically, with no manual marking-paid.

You'll see the payment on the invoice and in your records right away.
