Set up your first service

A service is anything you sell: a standard clean, a lawn cut, an HVAC tune-up. Setting one up makes it available everywhere: quotes, online booking, and the calendar.

Steps

1. Go to Services and choose New service.
2. Give it a clear name customers would recognize.
3. Set how it's priced: a flat price, or a per-unit rate (per hour, per square foot, and so on).
4. Set a typical duration so scheduling can size the visit on the calendar.
5. Save.

What happens next

Your new service now shows up when you build a quote, when a customer requests work online, and when you place a visit on the calendar. You can edit the price or duration anytime. Existing visits keep the details they were created with.

Tip: start with your three or four most common jobs. You can always add more later.
